Posted by Dee on 5/11/2006, 9:53 pm So on a quiet Thursday evening I find myself searching the web and was excited to see that their are still Pimpies out there, and those times and memories are still special to many of us. Love the Alumni pages. Over the years I have tried to keep up with what cast, crew and friends that I met have been doing ever since the Broadway Pimpernel days and try to support them when I can. I think the best surprises are when I bump into people (like myself) who adopted a show for the first time in their lives and the careers it steered them to. I won't talk about their lives but gosh I am proud of them. So thank you Peter and everyone that has helped keep this alive. Oh and I was giddy when I saw a picture of myself with Nan on her website from the Sam's concerts (helping with those shows was one of the highlights of my life). I hope to hear from everyone that wants to talk and remember and to hear what everyone is up to. I think a reunion party for Pimpie's and Jekkies and Civilie's would be great (the summers are way to quiet anyway). If interested let me know and who know's what the Dee'ster can pull off, even with Sam's and Barrymore's gone but not forgotten "we will see, we will see" Love to everyone

Well I was walking down memory alley with friends and remembering the making 45th street our home away from home. I starting wondering if there were still Pimpies and Jekkies around or was I lost in my memories of years ago. So this week I popped in my SP CD at work and tapped my feet into the fire and relived those wonderful days and nights.
