Posted by Peter on 11/30/2005, 5:04 pm I'm thrilled to announce yet another new musical project by Frank Wildhorn, titled Mitsuko. Frank is writing this one with Jack Murphy (lyrics) and Shuichiro Koike (book and director), and it is about the first Japanese woman to marry a westerner. The show will have its premiere presentation as the "Mitsuko Musical Concert" in Vienna on Friday, 9 December at 3:30 and 7:30 pm! Uwe Kröger, Maki Ichiro and Yoshio Inoue will perform with the Musical Festival Orchestra Vienna, conducted by Adrian Manz. The concert will also include selections from Jekyll & Hyde and other shows. The Austrian radio-magazine MusicalMix is expected to air a piece about the concert this Friday, 2 December.
