Funny you should mention that I'm regarded as James' 'boss'. When we were young men with vision and ambition up in York, James used to tell me how I'd go for a job interview and walk into the office only to be greeted with Jirgens sat behind a massive oak desk, with a plaque saying "Manager" on the front. I'd then politely ask for a job and he's say "no" straight away and then start laughing.
