I think that would depend on where you live and how much demand there is.
If there are a lot of models available in your area, but not many photographers looking for models, then the rates may be lower than if there are only a few models but many photographers.
If you've done some modelling before, then you could ask the photographers you've worked for ... some may only want to give you prints for your time, others may be willing to pay something, depending on whether they have a market for the pictures.
In order to get established you may have to work for less than you want a few times in order to get established.
