I'm sorry to hear that that happened. Hopefully one of our library volunteers will respond later. We also have a conversation email list where you could ask questions from members. Did you give your email address on your membership application? There's a form on the home page of the Society's site near the bottom of the left links. The announcement list is open to anyone and the "chat" list is for members only. Membership needs to be verified before you subscription goes through. Announcements are posted on the "chat" list also so you don't have to subscribe to both. Hope you get more out of membership than access to the library. We have a lot to offer and learning from each other is one of them.
