I have no knowledge and no record in Maryland of a Camp Casey. Never having heard of this camp, I checked several Civil War sources, looking for Camp Casey, Fort Casey, and Battery Casey, and find no record of any such in Maryland. I'm sure that I would have known about it if it had been in Prince George's County, but since I cannot find any record of it in Maryland, I can only suggest that you try to search with more detail in other Civil War sources.
