Sculptures/Statues.

I know that there are some sculptures/statues that are outside of the PG county court house, in Hyattsville, MD. I am wondering if you have any information about theses sculptures/statues. Anything you might be able to provide me would be very helpful. Thank you Stephen Hosmer
