Certainly there were Quakers in Prince George's County, but I believe that there was little influence within the County, since they tended to gather with others in other counties, and I know of the establishment of a meeting house here. The Snowdens of Montpelier were involved in the establishment of the Sandy Spring meeting house in 1770, and also attended meetings at West River, and at other private homes in Anne Arundel County.
