"Concord" was built in 1798. It is a 2 and 1/2 story, side-gabled brick plantation house of the Federal period. Its walls are laid in flemish bond, and the interior follows the traditional Georgian floor plan. It was built fo Zacharia Berry, and it remained i9n the possession of the Berry family (at least until 1993). Several members of the Family are buried in the small churchyard on the property.
