Due to the holidays, I am afraid that we are not at the Library until the 8th of January. I will check what we have here at home to see what I can find today. I know that there exists a Bright Seat Road near Landover, but if it was a town, it probably was never incorporated as such. Many named places are merely neighborhoods or cross roads and not formally incorporated towns.
