Regarding the essington house- I believe essington & elverton hall are one in the same. I talked to Susan Pearl (PGHS) about it last year. She told me it was torn down some time ago. I'm not sure of it's exact location, but I believe it may have been in the area where Woodmore highlands is now, because it was a Rodenhauser property. They still own & live in the surrounding area to this day.
