I know of no 1790 “Land Tax List” for Prince George’s County, Maryland. Nor of any "section 19/5." Could you possibly be referring to Prince George County, Virginia?
For Prince George’s County, MD, the first tax assessment was in 1793, and we also have, of course, the Federal Direct Tax of 1798, but nothing of the 1790 document that you indicate.
