I am currently working on the Richard Burroughs family, but I do not find them in PGC until the mid 19th century. There are plenty of Wailes families here in the 18th century, so I am guessing that when George B married Rebeccah W in 1792, he came from (and they moved to) another county. A Benjamin Wailes died here in 1789 (Rebeccah's father?) and left a will (Liber T, folio 279), and it may have more information for you. If you haven't gotten it already you can order a copy from the Maryland State Archives:

Good luck with your search!
