The only thing that I found about John Perkin(s)is in Land Record Book I, folio 721: a lease for 100 acres of His Lordship's Kindness (which you probably know about since you have already been in communication with Bianca Floyd at HLK). Henry Darnall leases to John Perkin, planter of PGC "for 40 shillings and the rents and covenants hereafter a tract of land in PGC, part of His Lordship's Kindness containing 100 acres, for lifetime of John Perkin, his wife Dorothy Perkin, and his son Thomas Perkin."
