If you mean the property on the north side of Oak Grove Road, you are probably speaking of "Young Hope", another 19th-century house and farm of the Beall family. I don't have very much information about this property (the house has been significantly altered, as has Perrywood itself), but will check to see whether there is anything else that I can send you.
