I'm afraid I don't have specific information on that house, but will keep it in mind. You might want to do a title search on the property, and look at its tax assessments - if you come in to the library, we can show you how to do this (please let us know ahead of time - 301-220-0330 - when you might come). We can also show you some insurance maps, which may pin down the date of its construction. A title search would definitely let you know whether it was ever a Metzerott family property.
