I'm afraid that I have no records of a "Millingham" in Prince George's County, Maryland. Could you possibly mean "Milltown" or "Milltown Landing"? - Milltown (Landing) was about 5 miles north of Aquasco (Woodville) on the Patuxent River, but there's scarcely anything really left of that riverfront community now. I would be glad to let you know more about Milltown if you think that it might be the place you are looking for.
Of course, it might be the name of a tract of land that someone surveyed and developed as a farm/plantation after Prince George's County was established in 1696.
