The Arthur Magruder House (Historic Site #70-30) is being moved a short distance to be placed on a lot in a developing subdivision on the west side of MD 193, accessible from MD 450. We're not sure when the new subdivision will be fully laid out, but it will include a large lot adjoining wooded parkland, and the house will be relocated to this lot.
