I know the house was owned by the Rigoli family for about 60 years. They expanded it to its approximate current size, but I wondered if it had any connection to the Duval family, especially since it's so close to the Augusta Duval house and the original construction period dates from the same time frame. I believe the house sits on what was once part of the Duval farm. But then a lot of property in the Glenn Dale area does.
