When I lived on the turf farm, there was a house on the opposite side of Church rd that everyone referred to as "Clairmonts". I believe it was a Bowie/Roberts house, as Eugene Roberts used the house as a temporary office when the turf farm sold out. It seems like a really old house, any info on it? How old is it? Who owns it?, etc.
