Salam Mas Yana,
I am Blue red stripe teaching in Byron Bay Australia. We Have 15 students five are red belts. I have been practicing PD for 16 years and have spent over a year training in Bali. I trained with the late Mas Wana, Pa Arya Penida (most of my training has been with Pa Arya while in Bali) and Bli Putu. In australia I started training with James Gemell and then Mas Steven College.
I focus on speed and power in my training, I enjoy the dynamic movment of the body and I have found that the most effective tool for this is Gwakan/pernafasan incorporated with unified body movent .
