I moved from Cairns (queensland australia) 3 month ago now settled in Perth. I trained PD many years ago in Indonesia and my last tingkat was putih-hijau (white-green). I would like to know if anyone knows any PD member living in Perth so that we can at least start something. I am 50 years now, so I have neither intention nor physical ability to perform like young people. but I thing PD training will keep me fit. thanks
