I believe its bigger than you think.Alot of people are experiencing problems but live with it .To return to SA would cost them too much and would rather stick it out and hope that its going to get better.Requalifying is a big problem with emmigration and it doesnt help when time and money is not on your side.The problem is that when going through the immigration process, we are led to believe that we have the quaification that is needed to start a new life .
