Requirment to immigrate to Canada

Hi I'm wondering if there is anyone who can advise me on the following. I and my two kids are French citzens and my wife is British. We live in South Africa. The question is weather or not we would have to apply for immigration or if we could just move to Canada??
Anyone know??
