Work shop foreman manager

• Responsible for the maintenance and reliability of the following: 500 ton per day sulphuric acid plant built in 1974. With the following plants attached sulphur dioxide, sulphur trioxide, oleum, sulphonic acid and alumin sulphate.
• To motivate, plan and execute a 36 monthly turnaround on the plant. Setting a new standard for sulphur plants for completing the turnaround in 12 days sulphur to sulphur. This included managing a labour force of 150 extra artisans for the shut period.
• Implement a maintenance strategy and plan on all equipment to comply with national and company Health safety and environment policies.

• 1992 to 1995 apprentice boilermaker skill
• 1996 to 2002 boilermaker

• 2002 to 2006 boilermaker foreman

• Managing the maintenance and reliability of the following,
• To motivate, plan and execute projects on maintenance and construction on site.
• Achieve Budget and maintain the plant on good performance and safety.
