There is not specific payback time under the PNP but if the employer is sponsoring an employee using the PNP program they have usually invested significant time and money getting the person here and arranging a work permit - depending on their company policy, some will put in a clause in their offer stating if you leave within a give time frame you will have to pay them back relocation expenses on a pro rata basis - I have seen this stated for up to 3 years but some clients do not put it in at all. You are restricted to working for that company only while you are on the work permit anyway so they have you until you get your permanent residence status and that is usually a minimum of one year
