Hi Jeff- I am sending you this email to see if it would be possible to sit in with you at practice sessions or local gigs. I am a percussionist and have studied latin percussion
(with Jr. Ortiz formerly with Dickey Betts) and
african percussion ( Alvin Carter Sr. and Jr.). I currently play latin jazz gigs with David Giardina and do some percussion work at the CT casinos. I was a close friend of Rob Fried and as a physician here at St Francis Hospital - saw him through his terrible illness. I have seen you play many times including the Colby gigs- but have not taken the opportunity to introduce myself. I live in Simsbury. Thanks !!
