Whether he's playing to 8,000 people at the Tweeter Center dueling with Stills, or having a beer with us at the Hungry Tiger, playing to 50 die hards, he's just as happy, just as gracious, and thrilled to be alive. In the end, THAT is what makes someone what they are. I think Tiger Woods said it best a few weeks ago. Someone asked him how he wanted to be remembered, and he said "not as a golfer." He wanted people to talk about his foundation, the lives he's touched, and the trail of respect he left way off the course. In the end...it's the same thing in this case. The trail of jp fans out there isn't because he's one of the most innovative and brilliant guitarists on the planet...(which he is)...but because he's just a helluva nice guy to hang with. Anyway...just putting my two cents in :o) Steve

I couldn't agree more LInda. Dean's a wonderful guitarist, to say the least...but the world is full of brilliant and wonderful guitarists.
