I just want to thank Jeff, Inger, Joe, and all the talented musicians and artists for such a fabulous Valentine's celebration at MojoRising in Ashland, Oregon. It was an evening we will never forget, as we were transported on the wings of melodious themes and lyrical threads of love and togetherness. The production of the event was beautifully arranged. From the moment of Inger's first breath into the microphone and Jeff's first strum on the guitar, we were led on a journey of the heart and the soul. My wife shed a tear during a song they performed, as they played together as one. As the evening edged on, they brought talented friends on stage to join in the music and stories of love and friendship. The evening escalated like a warm summer day at the beach....---the calm morning and peaceful sand,transcending, then warming up with waves of excitement and family fun!!--..... The setting was classy and yet cozy, and at times there were as many 10 talented musicians on stage playing with smiling fire in their eyes. The sets were set apart by some talented local poets who delivered their words with impecable style and flavor. A flawless and breathtaking version of "My Funny Valentine", sang by the gorgeous young Sarah, left the crowd in a peaceful awe. The lovely musical journey continued,and by the end of the evening, we all sang loudly along to "Chain..chain..chain...-chain of fools....", and ending with a solo-filled version of "Superstition.". These musicians and artists are not only talented at their craft, but genuinely good people who made everyone feel a part of their family. So, a sincere thanks to all that made this magical evening such a memorable one. ---Steve & Shannon.
