Jeff: Any chance on God's green earth you can score me a pass to hear you at the NAMM show? I've been trying to get in for the past two years. Since I don't own a music store etc. it costs a bloody fortune if you can even get in. I want to be there solely to hear you and to visit the Taylor booth. Also-do you know Teresa James & The Rhythm Tramps or more specifically Billy Watts their guitar player? He says he met you once and sends his regards. Hi from Russ and Julie in Agoura Hills by the way. Also, would you be interested in doing a House Concert kind of thing at Trilogy Guitar in L.A. on some Sunday night? I know the guys that own it and it is a jammin environment. Upstairs intimate triangular room, walls lined with gorgeous acoustic guitars, small stage in corner and wonderful sound system. I'd love to get you there and hear you do an acoustic show and sing. Oh, The LITTLE FEAT Benefit for ALS on Nov.20th was a hit. Mike Campbell and The Dirty Knobs helped out a whole lot. We raised almost 50 grand. I bought the signed Fender I definately didn't need (completely caught up in the moment). Need to sell my black & chrome Les Paul Studio to help cover buying that Fender and the fab Hirade I [picked up Saturday (since my fav guitarist plays a TakamineI was heavily influenced.) It is an amplified classical guitar and is beyond beautiful. Are you interested in taking the Les Paul off my hands? It's gorgeous, barely played and has a great Gibson locking case. Heavy I realize but damn, what a sound someone like you could get out of that guitar. Will try to catch you in Santa Barbara on the 10th if I can score a ticket. Otherwise, I don't see anything else I can do but bulldoze my way into the NAMM show. Can you help out your Lily Munster friend from L.A. and huge Pevar and CPR fan???? Danette from L.A.
