Don't agree with any of that Padz other than your comment about the ref., but having said that he was equally as poor for both teams. Baird had to go, but why he made the challenge is beyond me. Pond was clearly bought down for the penalty - the centre half had him by the neck. Every tie Milan went for the ball you could here the deep breaths from the Oxford crowd - he's ok but not good enough for this standard. How many mor games do we have to try and win with 10 men, it's becoming a bad habit with a small squad.
