Blimey, what a day and what a result! After being 0-1 down, a massive fightback from City saw them grind out a true FA Cup Classic and win the game 2-1...and the crowd went wild!
If you didn’t catch the draw yesterday, City were handed an away tie at League 2 outfit Burton Albion. It’s on SUNDAY 8th November at 3pm, so just two weeks away!
Not entirely sure what our plan is yet with regards to travel. Don’t know if the club will be putting on coaches or whether we’ll get the train (or people want to drive?) but I’ll confirm this later in the week. Just so you know it is the SUNDAY, not the Saturday as previously thought.
-----------
This week sees City travel to Chippenham on Tuesday night for the Southern League Cup. Here are the driving details for this: http://is.gd/4ClN6
Then this Saturday is the big trip to Arlesey in the FA Trophy. More info will be included in the second weekly e-mail Thursday/Friday.
---------
Unfortunately I can’t make either game this week, but if you wish to discuss anything further with fellow City fans, get on the messageboard and post away (no sign up needed) : http://members4.boardhost.com/oxfordcity/
If you have any question about this week’s games or have details on Burton transport arrangements, please e-mail me.
Cheers,
Robin

Ancelotti, are you listening?
You better keep our trophy glistening,
Cos we’re seven rounds away,
From the Cup Final day,
Walking in a City wonderland!
