I should have written more about City's grit. Heads could have dropped but didn't. Mark Janes clearly made a difference--perhaps he should have been in the starting line-up though I can understand Mike Ford's wish to give Michael Alexis a run, and he nearly created a goal for Lee Steele. Their disallowed goal felt like a turning point. For a second we all thought that was it. After it, City played with renewed determination and finished the stronger side. But what a lot of goalmouth action in one match!
