We kick off our season tonight with a tough opening game away to last years champions, Wantage Town.
Although I have assembled a bigger and what I believe to be a stronger squad this season, we have a lot unavailable due to injury and other issues, so are a bit light in numbers tonight, but the 14 I have available is still more than capable of going to Wantage and bringing back a positive result.
Absent tonight are Julian Dark, Colin Fleet, Gary Murphy, Mark Smith & Ronnie Williams (all injured), Phil Rodney (illness). Also unavailable are Julio Baressi, Tim Bowley, Mike Ford, Mark Jennings, Mark Lewis & Mick Torres.
Squad for tonight as follows: Simon Pagano, Liam Carroll, Andy Marriott, Steve Tavinor, Justin Lee, Martin Smy, Robert Tutton, Chris Fontaine, Jason Caffel, Paul Spittle, Mark Orlando, Dave Southam, Phil Lynch, Wayne Holden.
