Agree, much better 2nd half, but we need Baird at the back as well as the front, left and right back worry me. Steel may once have been good but Baird makes him look average. Briliant up front, but back were tacky without him. Great game by Pond again this week but needs a bit more confidence in front of goal, they will come now your being pushed forward again. At the end of last year we needed, a good centre forward and a decent left back, we still need the same today,
