I would not disagree with the previous post. Justin should not have left or even been allowed to leave ( I know its his choice but)Mike has had to much of an influence on players and team selection previously and I now believe that will catch up with him. I think Fordy should have gone and Justin would have then been able to do his job properly. Many of the players there now will not comfortably play for him, the club need to be more transparent from the top and deal with this now before all the hard work of the previous two seasons is undone.
