I agree with everyone that you have done a fantastic job as Manager and am sure that as you continue with the exciting projects with City then you'll excell in those too.
You said that you feel you have another season in you as a player, well if you're looking for a team then I'm sure there would be a place for you in the Oxford City Blues. Playing in the RT Harris Premier this season so if you want to get your match fitness up then I would imagine you'd be a more than welcome signing!
