Speaking for myself, I'm a Didcot follower now living in Scotland, so relying on the web for latest news. Once I read that Didcot had won then I assumed they had. No triumphalism, just an acknowledge of the other sides efforts. In the event it turned out to be a City win and since they were another side I watched a few times each season, then my best wishes go to them.
I've never had a problem with exchanging messages on 'rival' messageboards, and I've no intention of stopping.
Regrettably one or two have other agendas, but those of us who've 'been around a bit' know that you just have to develop a thick skin. However much we want our own side to win it's still only a game of football. I think some would like to cultivate an animosity which simply doesn't exist.
Anyway Mark, you're through to the Final. Enjoy the experience as it doesn't come along every season.
