Crazy isn't it? It as though they have just found out that a Non-League Secretary needs a computer - how could anyone have managed for the last 5-10 years without one? Still the Blazers must have just realised so good on them! I think I will pop out and get my horseless carriage traded in for a Bullnose Morris - you have to stay current!

: I noticed this on the Hellenic Site. Hope the
: Club has a computer on the ground!
:
: The FA Cup, FA Vase and FA Youth Cup
: Competitions
: Entry Forms - Season 2008-2009
: Clubs will have noticed from the information
: printed in recent additions of the
: Competitions Bulletin that Application
: Forms to enter the above Competitions will
: only be available by downloading from The
: FA’s website and will no longer be posted to
: clubs . Therefore, for easy access, the
: forms can be directly located at
: www.thefa.com/competitionsapplicationforms
: or, alternatively, accessed via
: www.thefa.com, then clicking onto ‘The FA
: Cup’ pillar and finally clicking onto the
: ‘Competition Applications’ tab.
: Once the correct web page has been located,
: all of the instructions need to be followed
: on downloading the correct form, completing
: it and returning it back to these offices
: with the correct remittance to be received
: by the closing date of Tuesday 1 April 2008
: .
: For Season 2008-09 it will be necessary for
: whoever the Club Secretary is to have access
: to the internet at all times as it will be a
: requirement for entry into FA Competitions
: for Clubs to have internet and e-mail access
: available . It is envisaged that many of the
: previous procedures will now only be
: available from TheFA.com, such as the
: Competition Handbook, Competitions Bulletin
: with the various Match Forms only available
: by downloading. Further details relating to
: these procedures will be circulated in due
: course .
:
: I bet this will produce some problems with
: clubs across the country!!
