SUPPORTER - there are ways to use the English langauge that allows people to comment without offending others. I think that is the thing to remember. Every true fan has an opinion (and can select a different team to the Manager most week-ends/mid-weeks) - how that opinion is actually expressed is the point in question and negativity is currently oozing out of some of the posts!
