Well since the introduction of a few players from that time things have steadily got worse, they have not proved themselves either and now do not deserve there places.
There is no harmony in the team the players all blame each other and are never big enough to put there hands up.
If you speak to a few players they will also tell you the dressing room is not good.
George should have played and indeed there is every chance he will not play again as he told me he had had enough of sitting on the bench and not even been spoken to by the manager.
Gardener was auful but will always play.
Wrong decisions have been made when letting players go and ultimately that could be costly.
Fordy has to much influence on the team and often unsettles the younger players by constantly shouting at them.
Who is the manager? Justin if it is honestly you make YOUR decisions and stand by them.
I hope there is enough there to see us into the play offs but and its a big BUT the whole team needs to improve over the next seven weeks or we could fall out of it.
