You can ask for the petrol and running costs only. I think it is about 45p per mile for the first 4000 or something. Any more than that and you make a profit and you are a TAXI. So firstly the taxman may want a share and secondly your insurance will be invalidated unless you get it extended to be a taxi and that means a special policy and probably costs more than you pay in petrol in a year! --Previous Message--
