Dear Ray,
First of all, I want to correct an error. It was ABEL who was faithful and therefore gave a sacrifice according to the will of God. It was CAIN that represented false religion by choosing HIS way instead of the God's way.
Proverbs 3:5-7
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart: and lean not on your own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil.

My questions to you are:
How can Adam's naming Eve represent faith and hope? Where in the Word do you find anything about a y chromosome of males?
"And out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air: and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them: and whatever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof."
God gave the task of naming these animals to Adam. Adam simply did as God asked. I don't see that this has anything to do with 1Cor 1:17. God also gave Adam the task of dressing and keeping the garden of Eden. I don't see that as vanity any more than Adam naming the creatures God brought to him. He just did as he was told.
What do you mean when you say that "Judas killed Judas"? Are you talking about his suicide by hanging? When he fell headlong into the field and exploded, he was already a corpse. Matt 27:3-5
Matt 27:3-5
Then Judas, which had betrayed Him, when he saw that He was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders. Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that. And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself.
How does Adam's naming of His wife Eve represent faith and hope? That makes no sense to me.
2000 years of history are covered in the first 11 chapters of Genesis so there are many things to be learned in those few chapters, including not only the creation and the entrance of sin and death, but also the first prophecy concerning Christ and Satan in Gen 3:15, the generations of Adam through Shem and therefore leading to Christ, the need for a flood when there were only 8 souls saved because only Noah's lineage was uncorrupted by wicked angels, the building of the tower of Babel, the final giving up of the nations by God (as described in Gen 11:1-9; Ro 1:18-32). Gen 12 begins the history of a nation God chose for Himself beginning with the promises made with Abraham. Israel remained center front in God's plans from Gen 12 all the way through the next 2000 years of history. These plans have been put on hold. Christ will not come and the kingdom will not be restored until Israel repents and turns to Him Whom they crucified. Other than a small remnant of believers, Israel has been blinded and do not believe to this day that their Messiah has come.
