It is good to see a post from you again.
I am doing ok, but if you look over my posts on this board, you will see that some people have had disagreements with me on this board. Fell free to criticise some of my earlier posts, or shed some light on these topics.
I agree that Genesis should be one of the first books of the Bible to read.
You mentioned: "Isaiah 9:6. 'For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given: and the government is on His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.' It throws a wrench in their denial of the deity of Christ."
Isn't this a verse that Jews are also uncomfortable with?
I still think it is best to start with one of the gospels. To me, this is the most interesting part of the Bible, and nobody doubts that the writers of the gospels were referring to the historical Jesus.
