I simply will, from time to time, respond to your gibes at the orthodox enterprise with a few gibes of my own. You are less deserving of this treatment than most on the left. You are that rare commodity; an apologist for the left who is thoughtful and well informed, though you do occasionally display the leftist disease of baseless ad hominem attack.
So, having responded to your comment as if you and I were children, I will now respond to your comment as if you are an adult. Your comment, if memory serves, was that there is violent hatred to be found at Stand Firm and VOL. That idea is wrong on both counts. There is no violence there, I don't believe there have been a rash of cases of people reading Stand Firm and going out and beating up the random homosexual or revisionist. Perhaps if you said there were vicious comments to be found there I could agree, but I think you will agree there are vicious comments to be found all around this debate. Now as for the second characterization to which you alluded, to say that hatred is present there requires that you know the content of the speaker's heart. That is a godlike ability that I think neither you nor your son have. I'm sure that from time to time you have sensed hatred in your fellow man, but not from a few words written down on a page.
