Rwanda ordains women and so does the umbrella AMiA organization. Only AMiA USA does not. Rwanda also has an Anglo-Catholic theology of orders and sacraments. It gets weirder. The Rwandan House of Bishops nominates and elects missionary bishops of the AMiA. The AMiA Council of Missionary Bishops may nominate candidates which the Primatial Vicar (Chuck Murphy)if he approves the candidates, may recommend to the Rwandan House of Bishops. They are not juridically bound to pay heed to his recommendations and may choose who they please.
After the hostility I have encountered on VirtueOnline, I am not surprised your son might change his views. However, I have come to the conclusion that a good number of the VOA posters are poor representatives for their particular school of thought.
