FYI Uganda orders women as does Kenya and Sudan. It is clearly one subject on which there wont be a lot of consensus in CANA. AMiA at least officially orders women deacons -- I do not know their actual practice.
By the way have you ever converted anyone to one of your positions? I am not being personal, my point is that this is a hardened situation. No one is moving much.
My son changed on gay ordinations and unions only because he was utterly repulsed by the violent hatred on stand firm and Dr. Virtue's pages. He decided if they agreed with him he must be wrong.
My views on subjects did not move him an inch.
