Kelley,

"As an old Anglo-Catholic, I guess the factor that bothers me most about TEC (I've been a member of a Continuing jurisdiction for many years) is the apparent desire of the Church's leadership not only to run Anglo-Catholics out of TEC (frankly, I'm not sure why any A-C would want to remain in that hostile environent), but to grab property and endowments given many years ago and that were clearly intended to support Anglo-Catholicism/Anglo-Catholic parishes, etc."
Robin Jordon has posted here his belief that the current state of problems in TEC is rooted in Anglo-Catholic teachings of a few generations ago. Do you agree with him on this? Your post suggests the current problems are rooted in other than Anglo-Catholic teachings, for TEC is trying to run the Anglo-Catholics out. If Anglo-Catholic teachings have caused the current hererodox teachings, why would TEC want to run these parishes out? If not rooted in Anglo-Catholic teachings, what do you claim the root causes are?
