As a retired Naval Aviator, I served with many women would could certainly prove to pull their own weight in combat.
Of course, there were some who couldn't as there were more than a few men who could not.
My vote would be that if women want true equality, then by all means, give them true equality - including complience with national selective service laws which SHOULD include both genders.
