I think the "bailout" is a scam. It's very interesting that it is happening so close to the election, and that the same people in congress who created the problem are now seeking to oversee the "bailout".
If they do this "bailout" the problem will just recur bigger and worse at some time in the future. If there was a real problem the democrats in congress wouldn't need the republicans help in passing the bill. Something stinks in congress.
The link to WO is not causal. They are both manifestations of the same cause. They just both happen to occur together.
